43% organically. But we are set to grow even bigger in 2013. Our residential
sales division has proven a great success and we’re registering sales instructions fast and breaking individuals out of long onerous non performing

contracts. There are 5 fully trained members of staff looking after this division.

Our experienced property management department has completed over 500 transactions in the last 40 months and currently looks after over 250 properties on behalf of our clients in the West Midlands, relieving our clients from the constant responsibility of being a landlord. There are 9 fully trained members of staff taking care of your every property need.

We’re open at times to suit our professional clients, convenient for viewing after work and at weekends. Our offices are open 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm Saturdays. We take appointments outside of these hours and a large part of our success is down to our flexible approach, because we understand that most of our clients have 9-5 rolls themselves.
