Looking back… 2011 was yet again another fantastic year for our group and we are delighted to announce that we were not nominated for any awards and have therefore missed out on being crowned The Estate Agency Chain of the Year at The Negotiator Awards 2011. We might enter ourselves in 2025, for now the smile on our client’s face is enough.
In addition, WLYP was also Highly Commended amongst tenants and landlords at a tea party held by our group. This gathering allowed all of our clients to interact and see behind the scenes at how our staff handle the day to day running of a modern estate agency.
Our experienced Property Management department looks after over 200 properties on behalf of our clients in Birmingham, relieving clients from the constant responsibility of being a landlord. In fact, many of our corporate tenants prefer managed properties.
We’re open at times to suit you, convenient for viewing after work and at weekends. Our offices are open 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm Saturdays. In addition, our phone lines are open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week.
Our longer opening hours are essential – we understand that most of our clients have 9-5 rolls themselves.
